Indian exchanges will apply the 1% TDS functionality on their apps and websites like Zebpay, Coinsbit, WazirX etc. at midnight today 12:00 pm
If you have any pending orders get them executed tonight because most of the apps will be down for maintenance and from tomorrow any buy sell and transfer of crypto will attract 1% TDS of overall amount.
🔆 Example :-
If you buy/sell/transfer 1000$ worth of crypto today before midnight - no TDS deducted, only fees will be deducted
If you buy/sell/transfer 1000$ worth of crypto after midnight - 1% of 1000$ which is 10$ will be deducted from your trade
I'm not sure if International exchanges like Binance are implementing this logic from midnight so do check your relevant exchanges to avoid unnecessary charges.
