📢 Important Update for SME IPO Investors (Formal & Clear)
Starting 1st July 2025, all SME IPOs will follow the new rules, regardless of DRHP filing date.
🔹 Minimum Application: 2 Lots (for Retail, Employees & Shareholders)
🔹 Allotment: Minimum 2 Lots
🔹 Trading Lot: 1 Lot
🔹 ❌ Cut-off price option removed for all categories
🔹 ❌ Bid once placed = cannot be cancelled
🔹 🕓 IPO closes at 4 PM for all on the last day
🔹 🕔 UPI Mandate time remains 5 PM
DRHP filed till 8 March 2025 had old rules.
But from 1 July, new rules apply to everyone.
Starting 1st July 2025, all SME IPOs will follow the new rules, regardless of DRHP filing date.
